​Return Policy

We strive to make your shopping experience hassle free and want you to be happy with your purchases from Lady Slipper.  If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your choice, we will offer a refund within 7 days of the purchase date and an exchange within 14 days. A receipt is required for all refunds and/or exchanges and merchandise must be in original condition with price tags still attached. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

For sanitary reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear and pierced earrings are not refundable.  Special occasion dresses are also not refundable. Clearance merchandise of 40% off or more is considered to be FINAL SALE.

Christmas Gift Exchange Policy

Lady Slipper Intimate Apparel & Accessories will be happy to assist you with an exchange of your Christmas gift that is not suitable, if returned by January 6, 2024. Proof of purchase is required.
